BA Creative Writing
Who am I?
Based in the Bay Area, CA, I am a passionate and creative fashion and lifestyle writer with a BA in Creative Writing from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). I aspire to broaden my knowledge and skills in fashion, writing, and communications through work and internships in the industry.
Throughout the past four years as a student, I have been developing a sense of what I can bring to the table as a writer. Finding a passion for writing as an art was the turning point in my development of wanting to go into copywriting and brand development. It allowed me to focus more on what I love rather than conforming to the simplicity of being one student in the galaxy of many others just trying to get their degree. With a strong voice and an ability to create a community with my words and writing. I focus on the niche of lifestyle, fashion, politics, and all things that I feel deserve representation. My goal is always to be as relatable as possible to create a welcoming environment for anyone interested in reading my work!
Who am I? (Photo Directory)
If you’re wondering who I am or what I look like, you’ll find plenty of photos of me floating around the screen—almost like a slideshow of my existence. Feel free to form your own opinions about me and my character, but please remember that I reserve the right to surprise you.
As you can see, I am a man who wears many hats—both figuratively and, on occasion, quite literally. Whether it’s taking on different roles or handling a multitude of tasks, I’m someone who can step up and hold down the fort, no matter the situation. Crisis, deadline, or just an empty snack drawer—I adapt, I overcome.
If you can catch the photos for long enough, you’ll notice I’m a distinguished gentleman who enjoys a glass of *apple juice* (because we keep it classy) when the occasion calls for it. Graduating college has only enhanced my appreciation for the finer things in life—like well-placed commas and a full night’s sleep.
While I still have plenty to learn about the professional world (and life in general), I know the only direction worth moving is forward. Change—whether good, bad, or mildly inconvenient—is just another opportunity to learn, grow, and refine my skills as an individual, colleague, and perpetual student of this grand game we call life.
Thanks for taking the time to check out a small piece of who I am and what I do. It truly means a lot!
